I am James Brock, who has been studying the relationship between China and the rest of the world for over five years. As an English man, I have always viewed China from within the bubble of British politics, print media, social networks and educational institutions. My aim with this blog is to try and step beyond the party lines by bringing together political, social and business news from China and Britain, and attempt to untangle the contemporary reality of the Sino-British relationship.
